Randell Cottage invites you to A Study in Contrasts: writers Hinemoana Baker and Julien Blanc-Gras
Performer and poet Hinemoana Baker is the current writer in residence, working on a collection of poems of despair and desperation called ‘Exhaust World.’ In conversation with trustee Francis Cooke, Hinemoana will share the influences behind her works.
French writer Julien Blanc-Gras and his family spent early 2024 in Randell Cottage, following the completion of ‘Bungalow’, Julien’s quirky record of travels in Asia, just awarded an annual ‘feel-good’ prize in Paris. Eric Soulier, French Cultural Counsellor, will introduce Julien’s video interview.
